• We rent our live/work lofts to ARTISTS ONLY
• ​No musical instruments allowed
• We have over 300 lofts on our 17-acre campus
• Also located on site are:
  • Barbara's at the Brewery (bar/restaurant)
  • Stronghold Climbing Gym

• Our smallest lofts are 1,200 square feet and our largest are 6,000 square feet

• Our average spaces are 2,000 square feet
