We rent our lofts only to artists
- to be used by artists as a place to create their art -
in addition to being living spaces.
No dogs and no musical instruments allowed.
We have 310 lofts on our 16 acre campus.
Also located on site are Barbara's at the Brewery (bar/restaurant) and Stronghold Climbing Gym.
Our smallest lofts are 1,200 square feet and our largest are 6,000 square feet.
Our average spaces are 2,000 square feet.
We have no availability at this time.
